Woodford Reserve
$5.50/1 oz
The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, a National Historic Landmark, in 1812. The perfectly balanced taste of our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is comprised of more than 200 detectable flavor notes, from bold grain, wood, to sweet aromatics, spice, fruit, and floral notes. Coming in at 90.4 proof its appearance is a clean brilliant honey amber. On the nose its heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint, and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa and a faint vanilla, tobacco spice. The taste is rich, chewy, rounded, and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon, and cocoa. Woodfords finish is silky smooth almost creamy at first with a long, warm satisfying tail.
Woodford Reserve Double Oaked
$9.00/1 oz
An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels — the second barrel is deeply toasted before a light charring extracting additional soft, sweet oak character. At 90.4 proof this double oaked bourbon has a deep amber appearance. Smell the rich notes of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan, and toasted oak. Then taste a full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit, and spices. It finishes long and creamy with lingering hints of honeyed apple
Woodford Reserve Masters Collection Five-Malt Stouted Mash
$19.00/1 oz
This Master's Collection is our take on crafting a spirit that exhibits the flavors of a classic beer style, in this case a rich, roasted malty stout. The result of the Fall 2021 Master's Collection release named Five-Malt Stouted Mash, is a rich and darkly robust expression of Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey. This Masters collection bourbon is 90.4 proof with an antique orange appearance. The nose gives way to the dusky notes of roasted malt, toasted nuts all sweetened with hints of milk chocolate and brightened with a touch of orange zest, spearmint, and warm baking spices. Oak, cherry cobbler, and shortbread round out the malt and barrel influence. The Malty taste has toasted hazelnut and cocoa highlights atop a layer of baked fruit, crisp spice and zest bounce about the depths. Malt and cocoa notes linger on in the finish.
Woodford Rye
$6.00/1 oz
Woodford Reserve Rye uses a pre-prohibition style ratio of 53% rye in its mash bill to pay homage to history's original rye whiskeys, making spice and tobacco the dominant note among a sea of fruit, floral, and sweet aromatics, which yields a nice sweetness and overall balance. Coming in at 90.4 proof the rich honey appearance gives way to the spicy notes of rye, black pepper, cedar, and cassia bark sweetened with a dusting of marzipan. Hints of pear, apple, and almond dance in its depths. You can taste the clove, rye, mint, molasses, sorghum, and honey that mingle together with hints of apple and malt while enjoying the long sweetly spiced finish.

Whistle Pig 15 Year Estate Oak Rye
$27.50/1 oz
One of Whistle Pig’s oldest whiskeys, Estate Oak Rye is for the true connoisseur of Rye. It takes its name from our Vermont Estate Oak, where it finishes its long, 15 year life. Sustainably harvested right off our 500-acre farm, the wood has more rings than the standard American oak used in whiskey barrels, imparting more flavor during maturation. Custom toast and char profiles takes the flavor even further, just like a perfectly toasted marshmallow. Hitting the bottle at 92-proof, the liquid is assertive and wise beyond its 15 years. Smoke Wagon Straight
$8.00/1 oz
Barrels with our high rye mash bill were racked on the top two floors of the warehouse and never rotated. The higher the floor the hotter it gets in the summer causing more expansion and more movement into the wood. Because we don’t chill filter, these combined aspects create a bourbon that is rich and creamy beyond its years. On the nose you will get hints of honey, toasted nuts, and some oak. Never rotating the barrels of this 92.5 proof bourbon ensures there are no harsh tannin flavors and the high rye mash bill adds a delightfully spicy and nutty finish.
Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered
$12.00/1 oz
The goal was to create high proof bourbon that tasted its best neat. Uncut is so rich and sweet with an unbelievably thick mouth feel, the heat and rye spice finish are a welcome addition. It's like milk with cookies! Blending vintages of our high rye mash bill to achieve this flavor profile at 115-116 plus proof was a very rewarding challenge for us. There is a delicate balance between creamy mouthfeel, tannins and sugars that comes into play that makes the end result magical. Older vintages have more evaporation which means a higher concentration of fats and sugars per ounce which gives them a nice creamy mouthfeel as well as caramel and honey goodness. They also have more tannins because alcohol has been in contact with the wood for longer.
Smoke Wagon Small Batch
$10.00/1 oz
To create a unique great tasting high rye content bourbon. The problem is that rye ages much faster than corn. So while our younger vintages had a big rye spice flavor (which we love) the mouthfeel was too thin and it lacked the sweet, delicate complexity of a well-aged spirit. Our older vintages had the smoothness and sweet notes that can only be achieved by moving in and out of #4 char and caramelized oak for many, many years, but the nice rye spice had been aged out! | We combined the two. The younger vintages maintain the bold spiciness of the rye, cut down on the tannins, and keep its fruit forward. The older vintage brings in a creamy mouth feel with sweet aromas and taste notes that only appear over time from aging in a barrel. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy making it. | Tasting Notes | 100 proof | Nose: Balanced oak nose with hints of fruit and dried apricots. | Taste: Initial sweet notes on the front of the tongue. Well-balanced mouth feel with spicy notes including white pepper on the middle and back of the tongue from the younger vintage and high rye mash bill. | Good balance of sweet and oak flavors including hints of caramel (from the #4 charred barrels, caramelized wood sugar), fruit flavor and rye spice. Finishes smooth with no alcohol burn even at 100 proof.

Micters Sour Mash
$7.00/1 oz
Upon its being named 'Whisky Of The Year" for 2019 by The Whisky Exchange, Michter's US1 Sour Mash Whiskey became the first whiskey made in the United States to ever achieve this honor. | During the 1970s and 1980s, Michter's Original Sour Mash Whiskey was the distillery's single most popular product. While the "Sour Mash" moniker originated from the whiskey production process of the same name — whereby some previously fermented mash is used as the starter for the new mash to be fermented, much like making sourdough bread — Michters Original Sour Mash earned distinction for its unique taste. With its unique grain selection, it cannot be categorized as a rye or a bourbon. After disappearing from the market in 1989, Michter's Original Sour Mash Whiskey made a triumphant return in 2012 with its introduction into the US1 line. Staying true to the profile and palate of its predecessor, Michter's US1 Sour Mash has quickly become a favorite of whiskey enthusiasts. | 86 proof | TASTING NOTES Warm toasted burnt sugar notes with spice, sweet, smoky fruit, candied cherries, and honeyed vanilla. Booker's Lumberyard Batch
$8.00/1 oz
This batch is named in honor of my dad, Booker Noe’s pre-distillery years. While his journey to becoming a distiller wasn't exactly a straight path, it led him to his true passion. After a short stint at the University of Kentucky, Booker hitch-hiked across America in hopes of joining the Air Force. After being accepted to the Air Force, the local police called his mom to verify his information to be cleared. When Booker’s Mom found out where he was, she convinced him to come home and work at the local lumberyard with uncle Jeremiah Beam, also known as Uncle Jere. Booker was over 6 feet tall and very strong at an early age. He never backed away from physical labor of any kind, which made him a natural fit for the job. Booker gave 110% during his time at the lumberyard, which eventually landed him his first role working at the distillery and from then on, the rest was history. Since that first day, Booker held just about every job at the distillery and worked his way up to Master Distiller. Booker’s esteemed distilling career wasn’t given to him, he earned it. His experience at the lumberyard shaped the solid work ethic and curiosity he is known for. The aroma is deep with hints of vanilla and oak that lead you back to enjoy it several times to explore its depth. At 124.8 proof it has a balanced taste with a bit of sweetness and a pleasant finish that will leave you longing for another sip.
Booker's Ronnie's Batch
$8.00/1 oz
This batch is named in honor of Ronnie Land, a longtime employee at the Jim Beam Clermont and Boston, K.Y. plants, when my dad, Booker Noe, was master distiller. During his 40 year career at Jim Beam, he worked his way up to the Warehouse Manager position. Ronnie was responsible for keeping inventory of aging barrels, a key part of the bourbon-making process. Back then, we had to track barrel quantities and locations by hand – no computers for that! – and Ronnie knew it all by heart. He also knew exactly where Dad preferred to store his namesake Booker’s barrels and, in time, he was trusted to prepare the samples for Dad to evaluate for the next batch. Once, Ronnie sent me home with a box of small Booker’s samples for Dad to taste. When Dad saw the samples, he said they weren’t big enough to get a proper sense of the whiskey, so what did Ronnie do? He went back into the warehouses and prepared samples that were notably bigger! Dad was more than pleased and that became the standard sample size Ronnie gave us from then on – and still the size that Freddie and I use today! This batch comes in at 124.3 proof and has a nice color with a rich vanilla aroma and hints of brown spice that you can enjoy even before your first sip. The whiskey has a sweet taste that comes from the time spent aging in our unique Kentucky climate.
Booker's Noe Strangers Batch
$8.00/1 oz
This batch celebrates the genuine, social nature of my dad, Booker Noe, and the way he could turn a stranger into a friend for life in no time. His knack for making friends carried into his work as well. Here in Kentucky and out on the road, Dad wouldn’t leave a bourbon event until he shook hands with everyone that wanted to talk to him. He’d listen to stories from every customer he met and just like that, they’d become a fan – and a friend – for life. Dad taught us to ‘treat others how we would want to be treated’-- a lesson our family holds true to this day. It’s just the way us Noes are wired. As you enjoy “Noe Strangers Batch,” I hope you’ll think of Dad and his generous way of making everyone he met feel at home. Like we always say at the distillery: come as friends, leave as family.
The batch has a nice color coming from the time it rested in charred white oak barrels in our Kentucky climate. The 124.4 proof bourbon aroma has vanilla and brown spice, and this sweetness continues when it first hits your tongue. Because of where Booker’s is aged, the initial heat won’t overwhelm you and leaves you with a balanced taste. The finish is long and warm.
